Kyle is appealing the decision on his case to the Review Board despite it being in his favor. Apparently, he feels that while the Judicial Board made the right decision, it was for the wrong reason. Interesting, eh?

Actually, I haven't made a decision as to any sort of appeal at this time. However, I have until Monday to do so and am keeping my options open. Addtiionally, the comment from "surprise, bitches!!!" is not necessarily reflective of the opinions of the Surprise! Party or the members therein. Just saying....
RNE did not overturn the results, rather the J-Board did it for them, get your facts straight
